Opening in 2001-present Heile Welt is a popular bar for gay men in Berlin. The ad in the magazine from 2013 reads: "you come across every type of gay man there. Whether clad in leather, tennis shoes, suit or normal attire -- everybody is welcome."

Rauschgold is a bar intended to be a place where wallflowers can be themselves. The ad states: "Rauschgold is ... a place for transvestites
