Vanille & Marille is a chain of ice cream stores in Berlin. They are incredibly queer-friendly, they consistently work on many social projects and support pro-queer initiatives such as MANEO (an anti-queer violence campaign) and Enough is Enough! Open your mouth! ( an LGBTQ initiative). Vanille & Marille also don't require their workers to wear uniforms, as they value everyone as an individual and are firm in their belief that a diverse and colourful team fits into their small colourful shops.
